Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley have been confirmed as the new presenters of ITV’s This Morning.
Shephard and Deeley are set to host This Morning Monday-Thursday beginning next month.
Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary will present the Friday morning show.
O’Leary commented on the announcement post on Instagram, “Huzzah! Welcome to the fam.”
Shephard and Deeley take over in the wake of the exits of long-time sofa hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, who left last year.
Deeley, who got her start as a children’s TV presenter on SM:TV Live, presenting alongside Ant and Dec, called This Morning a “national institution”.
Good Morning Britain star Shephard said: “This really feels like a very special moment for Cat and I to be part of the next chapter of This Morning.”
