Harry Kane is set to miss out for weeks after injuring both of his ankles during Spurs’ 3-1 defeat to Liverpool last night. Tottenham now sit in sixth place in the Premier League and will be without their talisman for “a few weeks” according to manager Jose Mourinho.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Romelu Lukaku have received a one-match ban after the pair clashed in the Coppa Italia in Tuesday’s Milan derby.
AC Milan’s Ibrahimovic denied using racist language, but this could be subject to investigation. He picked up his ban after being sent off in the game for two bookable offences and Lukaku was also banned as it was his second yellow card in the competition.
